Do I need another web host?
No. All our plans include our fully-managed hosting, ensuring your website remains available at all times.
Who do I call if something goes wrong with the website?
We offer a fully managed website service so, we will be your first point of call should something go wrong with your website. We will even provide training and video tutorials to assist you in using your website once it is launched. Also, you are free to make changes to your website on your own.
What happens after the website is launched?
Once your website is launched, we will provide 30 days of support to make sure any bugs have been ironed out and that you are confident using your new website. After this you can make content changes to your website on your own, or you can subscribe to our Tech Support service and we can do it all for you. How long will it take to appear at the top of Google?

The time it takes for your website to appear on page 1 of Google depends on a number of factors. If we all agree that your new request will help us achieve our objectives then we will be more than happy to oblige. This will require a new proposal.
How do I edit or update the website content?
We provide you access to edit or update the content yourself. Also, there are no restrictions on how many content changes you make, it’s practically unlimited. Also our website package comes with ASSISTED updates which means we can even do it for you. Just email us the content and we’ll put it on your website. We take care of all aspects required to maintain your website, so you’ll never have to hassle with website maintenance issues on your own.
Do you charge any transaction fees to process payments under the Business Plan?
No. We do not charge any transaction fees on your e-commerce earnings. However, PayPal or Stripe may charge a fee.
Which currencies and countries does the e-commerce plan support?
With our business plan, you get WooCommerce and can choose to charge in USD, AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, ILS, MXN, MYR, NOK, NZD, PHP, PLN, RUB, SEK, SGD, or THB. Visit Stripe and PayPal to see if your country is supported.
How much hosting space do I get?
All our plans come with 10 GB of high-bandwidth SSD storage. However, if required additional storage can be purchased as an add-on. We recommend hosting larger files like videos on YouTube or Vimeo and embedding images galleries from Flickr or Instagram. Our team can assist you with the same.
Are the monthly visits limited?
No. The monthly visits are not limited however ~ 10,000 visits per month is an approximation based on the server capacity and bandwidth.
How do I cancel service?
Just let us know by email and we’ll do it for you. Or go to your Account Settings under My Account and click ‘Subscriptions’. You can cancel your subscription from here. After your account is cancelled, you will not be billed again. Your subscription will remain active until your next payment is due. This date will be shown on your billing page. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time, in your website manager. When upgrading or downgrading your website plan, you will receive a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan. Refunds are offered as account credits which can be utilized to pay towards your future subscription.
