What does a "Support Task" mean?
We classify a support task as an independent piece of work that can be completed in 30-120 minutes of development & design time. We classify support tasks as Small (30 mins.), Medium (60 mins.) and Large (120 mins.). This timeframe typically covers 95% of all tasks that are needed to be done on a business website.

What's NOT a Support Task?

One of the most common questions we are asked is what is and isn’t included in our support service.

The first thing to understand is PROJECTS are not Support tasks.

Here’s a list of some of the things that are NOT considered as “support tasks”.

  • New Websites – We have a Web development service that can help with this. Contact us for more info.
  • Website redesign – This would be considered a project made up of many tasks
  • Supplying stock images for designs and webpages
  • Building landing pages from design mockups not created by our Design Team
  • Strategic and marketing advice
  • Content or Sales Copywriting
  • Custom plugin or theme development
  • Debugging the code of a plugin or theme
  • Design mockups requiring more than 2 rounds of revision
  • Designs working with Microsoft Powerpoint, Keynote, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Pages etc…
  • In-Depth debugging why something doesn’t work (we are more an implement this for me, than a investigate why doesn’t this work service)
  • Creation and Edits on Book and Ebook contents
  • Photography or Videography
  • General VA or Administrative tasks like Transcription, Data Entry, Research etc.
  • Setting up, troubleshooting or optimizing plugins and platforms not listed on our Supported Platforms List
  • Any task deemed by us to exceed 60 mins. of direct action that can’t be easily split across multiple tasks

What if I need a support task that is bigger than a large support task?
If your task takes longer than 120 minutes to complete, we will provide a custom quote to complete it. Our support hourly rate is $160 AUD exc GST.
How long does it take to complete a support task?
We aim to complete all small task requests within a 2-3 business day time frame. If you need a task to be completed on priority or the same business day then we may be able to offer you priority support for an additional fee. If for whatever reason these time frames are not achievable, we will communicate with you the ETA to complete the task when we receive it.
How many support tasks can you complete within one month?
That depends on the kind of support tasks you request and how fast and detailed you are with your feedback. The customers that get the most of our service have a clear marketing plan and give detailed instructions to avoid revisions.
With what website builders do you work?
We can work with all landing page builders and WP page builders like Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder. When we build new websites, we usually use the Elementor page builder.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, you pay just a monthly flat-rate for our support plans. You are free to upgrade or downgrade at any time.
How do I request a support task?
We will provide you access to our CRM and necessary training to request a task. Once you submit a task, your tasks will appear in your task dashboard and is ready to be picked up by our team.
How do I approve the work and communicate with your team?
We manage all your tasks within one dashboard that you get access to once you sign up. Here you can communicate with our team and approve the work.
Do you only work with WordPress?
Over the years, we specialized in WordPress and Shopify sites. We can also work with other CMS, but you might need to calculate with higher turnaround time in the first month after your signup to give our team time to adjust to the new system. To be 100% sure, please contact us in advance.
Do you work 24/7 for me?
No, we only work on business days during standard business hours. Our team is in Australia, so you need to consider the time difference.
Do you outsource your service?
Our support service is a 100% in-house. We do not outsource our services to third party service providers.
Can we communicate via Slack?
Even though the idea sounds cool to plug in our team into your slack channel. However, based on our past experience we have realized that information gets messy and details are lost, it’s not organized. If you have any non-task related questions, you can contact our team via email, phone, webchat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, or even Insta DMs.
How do I cancel service?
Just let us know by email and we’ll do it for you. Or go to your Account Settings under My Account and click ‘Subscriptions’. You can cancel your subscription from here. After your account is cancelled, you will not be billed again. Your subscription will remain active until your next payment is due. This date will be shown on your billing page. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time, through the admin panel (my Account section). When upgrading or downgrading your support plan, you will receive a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan. Refunds are offered as account credits which can be utilized to pay towards your future subscription.
